  There was this shirt I really really wanted for my birthday :). So we called, and they HAD it! Even though it was a week before Christmas and the store was packed, they pulled and held my shirt while I drove over; the employee even said Happy Birthday on the phone. These people are great and were so kind to me, what a fun group. I will definitely be back- I was VERY impressed! I wish the high end stores could get employees with great attitude like these guys! Thank you Hot Topic!
