  Called and let the staff know we were going to be late to our appointment. The person on the phone said they understand that and to still come in . The lady at the front desk was not the same lady on the phone and let me know I was late. It felt great. Also they could not see us or my son. This was a huge miss communication and wouldn't have drove in I could've rescheduled. Anyway your attitude needs adjustment. And didn't need to make me drive in and make me feel like a moron.
