  *** I have updated my review, last week, the corporate office contacted me and made good on this problem. Thank you Office Depot.
  
  I spend several thousands a month on gift cards at this store. I accidentally bought the wrong vendor (1st time ever) and when I noticed and asked to exchange, was told no. Jeremy, store manager tried to help, but ultimately I got a no. Bad customer service, I'll be taking my business to Staples moving forward
